Dry system C/C 10 - (material & installation /m²)
Underfloor heating without screed, only 25 mm thick
Would you like underfloor heating, but don't have the space or time to break up your floor and pour a new screed? Then the TT DRY EPS dry system is the solution. The heating pipes are laid in thin, rigid insulation panels that are glued directly onto your existing floor. Total build-up height: just 25 mm.
Why choose this system?
• Ideal for renovation: no demolition, no screed, no weeks of drying time. Doors and stairs usually don't need to be adjusted.
• Warms up quickly: the panels have an aluminium layer that spreads the heat evenly. Because there is no thick cement layer that has to heat up first, you feel the warmth much faster.
• Perfect with a heat pump: thanks to the small pipe spacing (10 cm), the floor heats well at a low water temperature. This makes your heat pump run more efficiently.
• Ready in no time: once installed, the floor finish can be laid straight away.
Which floor finishes are suitable?
• Tiles: directly on the panels, after applying a primer.
• Parquet and laminate: directly on the panels.
• Vinyl or linoleum: possible, but requires an additional intermediate layer (not included in this price).
Where can it be used?
• On floors: on any flat, stable subfloor, such as an existing tiled or concrete floor. Ideal for bathrooms, kitchens, living areas and renovations.
• On walls and ceilings: on a base of OSB boards. Everything is then finished with plasterboard, screwed into the OSB between the pipes. This turns a wall or ceiling into an invisible heat source, handy where floor space is limited.
What kind of subfloor is needed?
The floor must be flat so the panels can be fully bonded to it. Not sure whether your floor is suitable? We'll gladly assess it together with you.
